Die casting is a manufacturing process in which molten metal is poured or forced into steel molds. The molds are created using two hardened tool steel dies which have been machined into shape and work similarly to an injection mold during the process. They are all specifically designed for each project. This allows each component to be created with accuracy and repeatability.
